New Client Welcome Information

Hello! I am so excited to start working with you to help grow your business through content marketing!

I am working as an independent contractor and not an employee for your business. As such the working arrangement may differ than what you are used to with in-house employees, or even other contractors you’ve worked with in the past. This document outlines working expectations for our contract.

Working Hours

My working hours vary week to week based on my business and family schedules. My typical working hours are Monday from 8-5, and Wednesday/Friday 9:30 – Noon.

I am always available by email or text Monday to Friday with same-day or 24 hours response time (or usually sooner).

When there are significant changes in my working schedule (ie: I am at a conference, on vacation, or attending personal development events longer than 1 day), I will advise clients if it pertains to our work together.

Booking Meetings

If you need to book a phone or video call with me please book a meeting. Choose either a 15 or 30 min free call.

If posted availability doesn’t work for you, please email me about other options.

Urgent vs Non-Urgent Contact

For NON-URGENT matters, please email me at [email protected]. Most emails are answered within 24 hours.

For URGENT matters (needing response ASAP), please email and follow up with a text or WhatsApp text at 778-829-9556 and I will respond as soon as I am able.

I do NOT answer phone calls unless I am expecting it. Please do not call unless we have a meeting scheduled.
